Perla di Sicilia Catarratto Inzolia: It is pale yellow in color and yields a dry, very soft scent with a good and persistent structure. It is a wine adapted to all courses, but finds its ideal positioning with soups and vegetables, optimal with apertifs, fish, shellfish and cous cous.
Perla di Sicilia Nero D’Avola: It is ruby red in color and has a rich scent of fruit. It is full and well structured to the palate. It goes very well with ragu, grilled meat, game, eggplants, meatballs, and matured cheese.
